iGEM Wageningen 2012

We bricked this part into a standard 10 pSB1C3 by fusion-PCR (BBa_J04450 as template) to allow easier cloning work. Because the original backbone (BBa_K197038) was not compatible with the different cloning standards. We uploaded this new brick compatible to standard 10 as BBa_K883600 to the parts.igem.
